Nortek deployment

A Support File can be downloaded via the software to help resolve both instrument-specific issues and potential software bugs. This file includes Instrument logs as well as Software logs, which are essential for effective troubleshooting and enable the Support team to assist you in the most efficient way possible.

How to download the support file:

  • Connect to the instrument using the Nortek Deployment software.
  • Go to Support > Get Support Files
  • Select the output folder and click 'save'
  • The software will generate and save a .zip file which can then be shared with Nortek Support.
