Data download (HTTP or FTP)
HTTP access may be necessary in cases where FTP access is blocked by an intervening network firewall. From the instruments web interface, select Data Download (HTTP) or Data Download (FTP). If selecting FTP, a new tab will appear in the browser with a list of all the available files for download. Alternatively the user may right click for further options or drag and drop in order to copy the file to a new destination.
Should you encounter issues when using the FTP feature, consider switching web browsers as this feature might not be supported.
