We have developed ActiveX and Windows DLLs to assist developers. Within this FAQ you will find a list of what is available from Nortek, including a simple example of how you can use our PdCommX ActiveX control within Microsoft Excel to communicate with our instruments and read data directly into an Excel spreadsheet. Clearly this control will work with Visual Basic, C/C++ etc.. But with the abilities Excel has to crunch numbers this demo application turned can be a useful exercise.
