How to deal with repairs that need to be sent to Nortek
FollowThis page provides important information if you need to return your instrument to Nortek for repair. Please read the instructions below carefully.
RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization.
Before any product is returned for repair you must have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in from Nortek. The Nortek RMA is a four digit number that will look like XXXX. NortekUSA staff will provide you with an RMA number of a different format.
An RMA can be obtained by contacting any of your Nortek support staff at support@nortekgroup, and they will provide you with necessary information about the return procedure.
