Trouble accessing full dataset, multiple duplicate files,
Recently did a 33 day deployment at a site. After connecting to the device and downloading the data we encountered a couple different issues accessing the full dataset:
After downloading and re-dpwnloading a few times we could only access the first 15 days of data. Sometimes the full 33 day data set would show up (but only briefly for about 10 seconds before it goes back to the 15 day file) or it gives duplicate files but only for the first 15 days. I am unsure how to access the data as I have seen the longer file but just cannot access it for some reason. Please help

Thanks for posting the question here. I just sent you an email with a more detailed response, but the good news is that your data is complete and intact, all 25,000+ samples. There does appear to be an issue with the App in either downloading, displaying or parsing the data. I'll update this post once we have sorted that out, but for now, you can continue to use your Eco normally.
