Eco deploymnet on tidal flats
We're planning to deploy the Eco on the tidal flats in the Minas Basin. The plan is to walk it out at low tide, then collect data during the portion of the subsequent flood and ebb when it is submerged.
As such, the depth with range from dry to approximately 10m then back to dry. We then plan to move it to another location.
How will the automatically generated range (layers) handle this deployment methodology?

Thanks for the question, Gregory
The Eco App's FAQ covers this question (see below), but in summary, the number of usable layers will vary depending on the tidal level. However, in your case, where you'll have a very large tidal range, you can adjust the Depth Layer Positions to better reflect where along the water column each layer will be placed. If you'll be there for just a few tidal cycles, that would be the preferred way to maximize data return for this deployment.
